For business development in additive manufacturing business, we are looking for a Business Development manager with strong sales experience focused on Additive Manufacturing branch. The main responsibilities are to understand the additive manufacturing market transparency and customer technology demand, expand the customers business actively, promote latest products and system solutions of Siemens Factory Automation, in-depth industry market research, prepare and execute technical seminars and other market promotion activities
我们正在为增材制造行业 业务招募一位具有此行业技术调试经验的业务拓展经理。其主要职责是了解和分析增材制造市场及客户技术的需求，深入行业市场技术方面调研，积极拓展行业客户，  推广西门子增材制造行业运动控制产品及解决方案，准备和执行技术研讨会及支持展会等市场活动。

What are my responsibilities?
主要职责
1. Understand additive manufacturing branch market and customer needs, understand industry trend, know customer and channel distribution and business model;
了解增材制造行业市场及客户需求，了解行业发展趋势和动态，行业客户分别和业务模式；
2.Close cooperate with DI BUs, buildup and promote DI level vertical approach from automation and software product to system solution and digitalization in additive manufacturing branch market;
与其他事业部紧密合作，促进行业解决方案从自动化及软件产品到系统解决方案和数字化的业务推广；
3. Tracking additive manufacturing branch application market trend and support sales of business develop in different additive manufacturing technology customers.
跟踪增材制造行业的应用市场趋势，对不同增材制造技术的客户支持销售进行业务拓展；
4.Familar with additive manufacturing branch product, technology, application used by customers and increase the share of wallet in OEM business;
了解增材行业产品，技术及市场应用，提高行业OEM业务市场份额；
5. Market promotion by seminar and fair;
通过研讨会和展会等活动进行市场推广；

What do I need to qualify for this job?
能力要求
1. Branch know-how and business development or sales experience in additive manufacturing branch;
在增材制造行业有较深的行业知识和业务拓展或销售经验；
2. Knowledge of automation and software in machines of additive manufacturing branch;
了解增材行业设备软件及自动化知识；
3. Know additive manufacturing branch technology & application; 了解增材制造行业应用；
4. Fluency in reading & writing English, good in oral English; 英语读写流利，口语良好；
5, Good communication skill; Good presentation skill; 良好的沟通能力；良好的表达能力；
6, Team work. 团队合作。
