职位：Service Engineer 现场维修服务工程师
要求：本科及以上学历，英语熟练，机械电子工程/机电一体化/机械设计制造及其自动化
岗位职责：
SLM Solutions现场维修工程师需要利用自己对于SLM Solutions设备的知识和经验来为内外部客户提供支持。该职位主要专注于现场安装和现场维修，而应聘成功的人员将负责在整个中国地区的客户现场对整套系统进行安装。设备安装包括机械组装、电气布线、精密对准以及客户网络接口的设立。此外，现场维修工程师还将：
1.负责整个中国地区的所有的服务和安装，需要经常出差。
2.为已安装的设备提供技术支持。
3.电气、机械、制冷和供气系统的故障排查，确保设备的正常运行。
4.负责统筹客户的设备状态，确保能实时服务所有客户。
5.协同SLM德国和SLM新加坡，确保服务工具和配件现成，以避免到了客户那出现不必要的等待，确保拿回换过的备件。
6.确保客户的设备安装地点适合安装新机器，负责组装、调整、安装和调试机器，为客户进行现场维修培训，以确保客户能正确操作设备。
7.维护客户所需的常用备件的库存。
8.确保对演示机和其他设施的操作的要求是遵守消防安全程序的。
9.上司不时委派的其他任务。

岗位要求：
1.机械、电气/电子、自动化技术类工科学士或类似学历。
2.数学佳。
3.掌握计算机技巧。
4.计算机硬件/软件安装设置经验。
5.能够读懂电路图。
6.CAD软件经验。
7.较强沟通和理解能力，服务意识和责任心强。
8.因为部分工作要在客户工厂当地开展，有70%的时间都是在非本地的客户现场开展工作，您必须愿意而且能够经常出差。如有需要还可以出国出差。
9.生产工厂自动化系统的实地经验。
10.有3D打印技术经验。
11.独立工作，能够承受住压力，具备很强的自学能力。
12.良好的英语沟通能力。
13.团队精神。
14.具备进口设备安装、调试维修方面经验者优先考虑。

Job Description:
1.You should have solid knowledge/experience of 3D metal Printer, equipment Engineering, SLM technology and its application.
2.You are required to assist sales staff to carry on technical pre-sale support to achieve orders.
3.You will be responsible for operating SLM system to use the machine for the production of benchmark parts for potential customers in China and to perform demonstrations to potential customers in China.
4.You will support SLM Solutions (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. to set-up and maintain technical documentation in Chinese language
5.You will be responsible to design training curriculum, conduct training to existing and new customers, to provide service and application support to meet satisfaction of customers.
6.You may be called upon to suggest training tools, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment for the betterment of SLM’s systems.
7.You may be expected to travel worldwide frequently from time to time for the above-mentioned activities or other contingencies.
8.You may be expected to undertake new and /or other responsibilities that may arise from time to time.

Required Skills and Experiences:
1.Good command of English / Technical English.
2.Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanics / Mechanical Engineering
3.Good skill on PC and office software.
4.Possess high standard of work ethics to ensure confidentiality of company information
5.Excellent Communication skill
6.Very structured way of working
7.Strong learning capability, open mind and teamwork spirit. Ability to work intensively under high time pressure
8.Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical component and pneumatic.
9.With experience in project management(Machine).
