       Customer support Specialist（China）

We’re looking for a focused and driven team player to join our team in Shenzhen, China. If you have a knack for quickly grasping complex technology, thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to join an industry that’s expanding at lightning speed, join us as our Customer Support Specialist and help up grow.
The Job:
●        Grow lead generation by optimizing Formlabs.com, Wechat and social media for search and own related channel funnel goals (prospects, conversion, sourced printers, etc)
●        Stay informed on current keyword landscape in our target verticals and help us identify new customers
●        Assist analysis of MKT campaign data to identify and prioritize areas for improvement
●        Connect with Formlabs users and potential customers to address inquiries
●        Enhance Form 2 user experience to ensure customer satisfaction

You:
●        Have experience in a customer care, technical support or growth role
●        Are fluent in both English and Chinese (verbal and written)
●        Enjoy creating, repairing, and playing with new tools
●        Quickly understand new technologies and able to communicate your knowledge clearly to users
●        Are willing to learn and eager to take on new challenges
●        Enjoy creating, repairing, and playing with new tools

Bonus skills:
●        Experience with 3D modeling, printing or digital fabrication
●        Familiar with CAD manipulation and design
